Appointments may be booked online, by phone or by text. Certain treatments require a consultation or skin analysis before they can be scheduled.

Consultations
Skin treatments begin with a $50 Skin Analysis, which is applied toward your treatment. Tattoo removal consultations are free.
Cancellations and no-shows
We require at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged 50% of the scheduled appointment.
Late arrival
If you arrive late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your treatment so that following appointments are not affected.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. Packages and memberships are charged according to their stated terms. Payment plans are available through Cherry, subject to approval by Cherry.
Packages and memberships
Package sessions and membership benefits apply to the treatments and areas specified at purchase. The Complete Clearance Commitment applies to laser hair removal packages and memberships purchased on or after July 8, 2026.
Treatment suitability
All treatments are subject to assessment. We may decline or modify a treatment where it is not clinically appropriate for your skin, health history or expectations.
Aftercare
Following the prep and aftercare instructions given to you is essential. Results and safety depend on it.
