Pre-Treatment Preparation

Avoid Certain Products: Stop using retinoids, exfoliants, vitamin C, and other active skincare products at least one week before your treatment.
Sun Exposure: Minimize sun exposure and avoid tanning for at least two weeks before your appointment. Active sun exposure can increase sensitivity and affect your results.
Arrive with Clean Skin: Come in without makeup or heavy skincare products on the day of your session.

During the Treatment

Cleansing: Your skin will be thoroughly cleansed to remove any makeup, oil, and impurities before we begin.
Numbing Cream: A topical numbing cream will be applied and left on for 20–30 minutes to ensure your comfort throughout the procedure.
Laser Facial: The laser is applied first to target tone, texture, and pigmentation, preparing the skin for deeper product absorption.
Microneedling: Immediately following the laser, microneedling creates controlled micro-channels in the skin, amplifying collagen stimulation and maximizing your results.
Sensation: You may feel warmth from the laser and a slight vibration or tingling during microneedling. The numbing cream keeps both very manageable.

Immediately After the Treatment

Redness and Swelling: Expect redness and mild swelling, similar to a moderate sunburn. Because this is a combination treatment, redness may be slightly more intense than with a single session and typically resolves within 48–72 hours.
Tightness and Sensitivity: Your skin will feel tight and sensitive to the touch — this is completely normal.
Apply Your Recovery Cream: Begin using the recovery cream provided to you right after your treatment, and use it as needed for dryness and comfort throughout your healing process.

The First Night

Clean Pillowcase: Sleep on a fresh, clean pillowcase the night of your treatment to protect your healing skin from bacteria.
Hydrate: only use the moustrizer given to you and hydrate as needed.

The Next Morning

Rinse with Cold Water Only: Gently rinse your face with cold water the morning after your treatment. Do not use any cleanser yet — your skin is still in active recovery and needs to be left alone.

Starting the Following Evening

Gentle Cleanser: Begin using a mild, fragrance-free cleanser starting the evening after your treatment. Keep your routine simple — just your cleanser and recovery cream, nothing else.

For the First 3 Days

No Makeup: Avoid all makeup for 3 full days after your treatment. Your skin needs to breathe and heal without any product sitting on top of it. Products can clog your pores and cause break outs.
No Heat Near Your Face: Avoid saunas, steam rooms, hot showers directed at your face, and hot yoga for at least 3 days.
No Sweating: Skip intense exercise or any activity that causes heavy sweating for 3 days. Sweat can introduce bacteria and irritate your healing skin.

For the First Week

No Active Ingredients: Avoid retinoids, exfoliants (AHA/BHA), vitamin C, benzoyl peroxide, and all other active ingredients for one full week after your treatment.

For the First 2 Weeks

No Sun Exposure: Avoid direct sun exposure for a full two weeks after your treatment. This is especially important with combination laser and microneedling — UV exposure during this window can cause hyperpigmentation and compromise your results.
Sun Protection: Apply a broad-spectrum SPF 50+ every single day after your initial 3 days, even indoors near windows. Wear a hat when outdoors. Your skin is at its most vulnerable during this healing period.

Healing and Results

Peeling and Flaking: Some peeling or flaking is completely normal as your skin regenerates. Do not pick or force it — let it shed naturally.
Collagen Production: Over the following weeks, your skin will produce new collagen, leading to firmer, smoother, and more radiant skin.
Visible Results: Because this is a combination treatment, results are amplified. Initial improvement is typically visible within 5–7 days, with continued enhancement over 4–8 weeks as collagen builds.
Recommended Sessions: For optimal results, a series of 3–6 sessions spaced 4 weeks apart is recommended.
